We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee our residential and commercial interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Management: Supervise daily activities in office, managing vendors, carpenters, electricians, and other sub-contractors.
Quality Control: Inspect work in progress to ensure strict adherence to design layouts and material specifications.
Timeline Management: Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve any bottlenecks or delays.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all site operations comply with safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the Interior Design or Real Estate sector.
Deep understanding of interior execution processes (civil, MEP, woodwork, finishes).
Excellent vendor management and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
