Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) solutions.
Develop custom plugins, workflows, business process flows, and custom workflows.
Customize Dynamics 365 forms, entities, dashboards, views, and business rules.
Build and enhance solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
Implement authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO) using Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.

Mandatory Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/Customer Engagement) development.
Solid programming skills in:
C#
.NET Framework/.NET Core
JavaScript or TypeScript
Hands-on experience in:
Dynamics 365 Customization




Plugin Development
Workflows
Business Rules
Custom APIs
Experience with Power Platform, including:
Power Apps
Power Automate
Experience with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) for authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO).
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure services and external systems.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good to Have
Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Service Bus.
Knowledge of Dataverse and Microsoft Power Platform best practices.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Notice Period:Immediate to 60 Days.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team workplace.
