Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using ServiceNow UI Builder and Now Experience Framework.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable UI solutions.
Configure and customize Playbooks to improve user productivity and business process automation.

Record Producers
Develop client-side logic using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting frameworks.
Implement UI/UX best practices to enhance usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
Troubleshoot UI rendering, client scripting, Playbook configurations, and platform-related issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, design documents, and user manuals.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
Stay current with recent ServiceNow releases, Now Experience enhancements,



and UI Builder capabilities.

Required Skills:
4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI Builder.
Solid experience developing ServiceNow Playbooks.
Good understanding of Now Experience Framework.
Robust knowledge of:
JavaScript
HTML5
CSS3
Experience with:
Flow Designer
Business Rules
Client Scripts
UI Policies
Script Includes
UI Actions
Experience integrating ServiceNow with REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
Knowledge of Service Catalog and Record Producers.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
