Human Resources (HR) Intern

Location: Near Vaishnodevi Circle, Ahmedabad (On-site)
Shift: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM (US Shift)
Internship Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹6,000 per month (Transportation Allowance)
Qualification: BBA, MBA (HR), (Freshers Welcome)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Assist in preparing offer letters, internship letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding hiring and recruitment updates.
Prepare daily and weekly recruitment and HR activity reports.
Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and other administrative tasks assigned by the HR team.

Preferred Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.




Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced workplace.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.

Eligibility
Pursuing or completed BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, BCA, BA, or any Bachelor's degree.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
