Key Responsibilities:
Review and process medication orders as per clinical guidelines.
Ensure accuracy in prescription data and maintain medication records.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals for medication-related queries.
Utilize MS Excel for data management, reporting, and documentation.
Maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Support the team in ensuring effective medication workflow.

Requirements:
Pharm D (Doctor of Pharmacy)
0 to 3 year in a clinical setting
Robust English communication skills (verbal & written)
Proficiency in MS Excel for data tracking and analysis.
Flexibility to work in night shifts when required
