Purchase Executive

Location: Savli, Vadodara
Industry: Chemical Manufacturing
Qualification: Any Graduate / B.Com / BBA / MBA (preferred)
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
Handle procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, engineering items, and consumables.
Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and recent vendors.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores and production departments.
Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and documentation.




Track market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Resolve supplier-related issues regarding quality, delivery, and pricing.
Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment follow-up.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of chemical industry procurement processes.
Vendor development and supplier negotiation skills.
Understanding of inventory management and purchase planning.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Robust communication and coordination abilities.
