About the Role

Medica Stem Cells is looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to help us generate qualified patient enquiries and increase consultation bookings across multiple digital platforms.

What You'll Do
Research competitors and identify current platforms, audiences and lead-generation opportunities.
Identify and target potential patients interested in stem cell therapy, PRP, regenerative medicine, joint pain, sports injuries, aesthetics and IV therapies.
Manage lead-generation and outreach campaigns.
Research new platforms, audiences and opportunities for patient acquisition.
Qualify leads and ensure effective follow-up with the relevant team.
Track campaign performance,



lead quality and conversions.
Continuously test and improve lead-generation strategies.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, sales or patient acquisition.
Experience with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, Google Analytics etc. is an advantage.
Healthcare/medical marketing experience is highly desirable.
Strong research, communication, analytical and follow-up skills.
Highly target-driven, proactive and comfortable working independently.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
