JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Documents and demonstrates requirements and data solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts,.
Behaviour driven and Test development would be preferred.
Refinement of program backlog and preparation/readiness for Program Increment Planning
Prioritize and maintain the team backlog
Identifies dependencies and risks involved in completing the stories upfront and shares proactively.
Participates proactively in the daily stand ups, Sprint planning and retrospectives.
Communicates products,



functional and operational issues to both engineering and leadership in a timely manner.
Ensure that all technology standards are adhered to while developing systems.
Work collaboratively with technical product owners and QA Team to define and ensure the completeness and accuracy of system / technical requirements.
Working collaboratively with other teams such as infrastructure teams to fulfill the feature/story requirements

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters or bachelor’s in engineering in IT/ Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Systems.
7+ years in IT with min 4+ years as a Business Analyst in a quick-paced agile workplace- Must have - exposure to AI/ML or data-driven projects
Being able to analyses complex business problems, problem-solving skills, is logical and analytical and determine an IT solution
