Position Summary

The Pre-Primary Coordinator is responsible for leading the academic and day-to-day operations of the Pre-Primary Wing (Nursery, LKG & UKG). The role ensures the effective implementation of the early years curriculum, mentors teachers, promotes child-centric learning, and creates a nurturing environment that supports the holistic development of every child. The coordinator works closely with the Principal to maintain high academic standards and parent satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Academic Leadership
Plan, implement, and monitor the pre-primary curriculum in alignment with the school's vision and CBSE/NEP 2020 guidelines.
Ensure activity-based, experiential, and play-way teaching methodologies are followed.
Monitor lesson plans, teaching aids, and classroom activities to maintain academic quality.
Ensure timely completion of curriculum and effective assessment practices.

Teacher Supervision & Development
Guide, mentor,



and support Pre-Primary teachers in classroom planning and execution.
Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
Organize teacher training sessions, workshops, and career development programs.
Promote innovative teaching strategies and best classroom practices.

Student Development
Monitor children's academic, emotional, social, and physical development.
Support teachers in identifying students requiring additional attention or intervention.
Ensure a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning setting.

Parent Engagement
Build solid relationships with parents through regular communication.
Conduct parent orientation programmes and parent-teacher meetings.
Address parent concerns promptly and professionally while ensuring high levels of parent satisfaction.

Academic Planning & Events
Prepare annual academic calendars and activity planners.
