Job Overview:
The Compliance Associate Program is a 2-year rotational program in North America. The Associates receive the foundation of knowledge and training required to contribute as a valuable resource in Compliance at Citi. Along side working on strategic projects with senior leadership, the program also incorporates the following:
Responsibilities:
Building critical relationships with Citi’s regulatory agencies and partners
Understanding rules, regulations and policies across Citi and how these are interconnected and aggregated
Building knowledge of different markets, products, strategies and associated issues/risks




Maintaining independence with effective collaboration
Developing a deeper understanding of Citi, Compliance, various products and strategies and industry regulations
Build solid partnerships across Global Compliance and with the business
Generate ways to manage compliance more effectively and efficiently

Qualifications:
Relevant Industry Experience.
Logical and Analytical Mindset

Education:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
