Key Responsibilities
Connect with dieticians and healthcare professionals to introduce and explain the company's programs and services.
Guide dieticians through the complete registration and onboarding process.
Address queries and provide timely support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with dieticians to enhance engagement and retention.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure active participation and satisfaction.
Identify prospects to promote relevant products or services and contribute to sales growth.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, onboarding status,



and customer information in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Deliver a high standard of customer service.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Prior experience in customer service, client relationship management,.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Customer-centric approach with robust problem-solving skills.
