Position: Retail Sales Associate (RSA)
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-roll)

Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in selecting products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers.
Handle billing, order processing, and customer queries.
Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and inventory.
Deliver an excellent customer experience and build long-term customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Graduate freshers are also eligible.
Good communication skills in English and the local language.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.




Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills
Sales and customer service.
Solid communication and convincing skills.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
