About the Role
AdeptMed Healthcare Solutions LLP is looking for motivated AR Callers to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The role involves insurance follow-ups, claim status verification, denial management, and revenue recovery activities.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.
Review claim status and identify reasons for denials or rejections.
Work on claim corrections, appeals, and reimbursement follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of claim activities and updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely claim resolution.
Meet productivity and quality standards set by the organization.
Required Qualifications
6 months to 3 years of experience in AR Calling, Medical Billing, or US Healthcare RCM.
Understanding of insurance claims, denial management, and accounts receivable processes.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in afternoon or night shifts.
Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
