Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit accurate technical and financial bids
Manage tender documentation and ensure full compliance with requirements
Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary documents and approvals
Track tender statuses and maintain organized, up-to-date records
Ensure all submissions are completed within specified deadlines
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in E-Procurement / E-Tendering (mandatory)
Robust working knowledge of government e-procurement portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, state portals)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Immediate joiners preferred
