Job Summary

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
Additional certification in water treatment or environmental engineering is an advantage.

Experience
Freshers with solid technical knowledge may be considered for trainee roles (optional).

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with industrial, commercial, and institutional customers.
Identify current business opportunities and generate sales leads for water treatment products and projects.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable water treatment solutions.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and gather technical information.
Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams for solution development.
Deliver product presentations, technical demonstrations, and customer meetings.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
Follow up on quotations and ensure timely conversion of inquiries into orders.




Coordinate with customers during project execution and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and weekly activity reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in water treatment.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and customer engagement activities.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Provide after-sales support and coordinate with service teams when required.

Valuable understanding of water treatment technologies such as:
Reverse Osmosis (RO)
Ultra Filtration (UF)
Softeners
DM Plants
ETP/STP
Filtration Systems
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret P&IDs;, process flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to prepare technical proposals and cost estimates.
