Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients through calls and follow-ups

Provide information related to services and client requirements

Maintain professional communication and customer relationships

Update daily work records and client details in the system

Coordinate with team members for smooth operations

Work towards assigned targets and performance goals

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, support, or international process





Good English communication skills

Comfortable working night shifts

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
