Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day production and operational activities.
Manage workforce allocation, attendance, and shift scheduling.
Ensure production targets are achieved within defined timelines.
Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout operations.
Implement and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Track productivity and identify areas for process improvement.
Prepare daily operational reports and submit updates to management.
Resolve operational issues and ensure mínimal downtime.
Maintain discipline and efficiency among team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.




Solid team management and supervisory skills.
Valuable communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic knowledge of production processes, inventory handling, and operational procedures.
Ability to manage manpower efficiently and work under pressure.
Knowledge of quality and safety standards will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred.
