We are hiring for a FRESHER MBA-Marketing as a Customer Relationship Executive - Business Developmentdrives company growth by sourcing new clients, identifying profitable market opportunities and forging strategic partnerships. Acting as a crucial bridge between an organization and its prospective customers, a BDE focuses on expanding the customer base, boosting revenue and securing long-term business sustainability.
Job Type and Timing:
in office, full time; permanent, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
NO VIRTUAL ROUND WILL HELD Interview will held in FACE TO FACE MODE ONLY in Lucknow head office.

Work experience & Qualification required:
Minimum 1 years in Sales and Business Development or FRESHER's MBA Marketing.
Excellent in PPT presentation and basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

1.Lead Generation & Outreach
Prospecting:
Researching and building pipelines of potential clients using databases, social media and networking events.
Lead Qualification:
Vetting prospects to ensure they fit the target market and have a genuine need for the product or service.

2.Client Relationship Management
Needs Assessment:
Listening to client challenges and recommending tailored product or service solutions.
Relationship Building:
Nurturing relationships with both recent and existing clients to ensure retention and identify up selling or cross-selling opportunities.
Meeting & Pitching:
Delivering PPT presentations, demos and proposals to showcase value propositions to prospective buyers.
