Responsibilities:
Negotiate freight rates with carriers and customers.
Source and book loads efficiently.
Build and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers.
Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
Resolve any issues related to freight movement.
Meet daily and monthly brokerage targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Freight Broker.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of load boards and freight brokerage operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
