Own daily centre operations end-to-end — ensuring revenue, service quality, customer satisfaction, and discipline without follow-up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Operations
Ensure smooth execution of all jobs
Meet daily vehicle targets consistently
Maintain centre discipline and workflow

Customer Handling
Respond to all calls and walk-ins promptly
Explain services clearly and professionally
Ensure zero waiting and smooth customer experience

Revenue & Collections
Drive daily revenue through conversions
Ensure 100% collection discipline:
Avoid unnecessary credit

Service Quality
Ensure proper cleaning process every time
Prevent repeat complaints
Double-check before delivery

Reporting & Discipline
Submit daily reports without follow-up:
Maintain accurate records (jobs, revenue, stock)
Escalate issues proactively

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
