Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Research target industries and identify potential business customers.
Build, manage, and maintain databases of prospects using online research tools and qualified networking platforms.
Make introductory calls to prospective customers to understand their business requirements and identify prospects.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for product demonstrations and sales discussions.
Coordinate with the Business Development and Sales teams for lead assignments, follow-ups, and conversion activities.
Update prospect information, interactions, and activity status in CRM systems and Excel trackers.
Prepare and present periodic reports on lead generation activities, campaign performance, and sales pipeline progress.
Support market research activities to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
Contribute to achieving business development and revenue generation targets.

Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.




Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and internet research.
Basic understanding of B2B Sales, Marketing, Lead Generation, or IT Products/SaaS solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
