About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and optimization opportunities.
Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
Optimize website content including blogs, landing pages, and service pages in collaboration with content creators.
Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and conversions, and prepare weekly/monthly SEO reports.
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (site speed, indexing, crawl errors, redirects, etc.) in coordination with the development team.
Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark performance and identify growth prospects.
Stay updated with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices.
Collaborate with performance marketing, digital PR, and video teams to align SEO with overall marketing strategies.




Provide actionable, data-backed recommendations for continuous website and content optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
Min 1 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or rapid-paced environment.
Strong working knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
Robust analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
