Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Design
Prepare electrical schematics and wiring diagrams using EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar software.
Design electrical control panels for industrial automation systems.
Prepare terminal layouts, cable schedules, and panel layouts.
Assist in preparing Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects.

Component Selection
Select electrical components including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, relays, MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, power supplies, sensors, and field devices.
Ensure component selection complies with project specifications and industry standards.

Documentation
Prepare electrical documentation, panel drawings, and project documentation.
Maintain revision records and design files.




Support preparation of operation manuals and technical documentation.

Project Support
Coordinate with Mechanical Design, PLC Programming, and Production teams.
Assist during panel assembly, testing, and commissioning.
Resolve design-related issues during manufacturing and installation.

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of electrical control systems.
Ability to read and prepare electrical drawings.
Understanding of industrial electrical components.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid attention to detail.

Preferred Technical Knowledge
AutoCAD Electrical / EPLAN (preferred)
PLC hardware fundamentals

VFD Basics

Electrical Safety Standards

Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
