Key competencies requirement
Must have experience of handling with Labor contractor/ Downline executives/and transporter
Co-ordination with QC Dept/Logistics/weighbridge/production
Communication skill is required with cross functional team.
Knowledge to have Positive Warehouse practise
Knowledge to keep product in FIFO
Knowledge of Food Safety/Hygenic/Housekeeping
Active Listening/Critical Thinking
Using Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weakness of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Judgment and decision making
To have valuable leadership

Key Accountabilities:




Knowledge of ERP system
Maintaining vehicle checklist and cleaning report of tanker
Positive commuincation with internal team (PRODUCTION/QC/LOGISTICS)
Maintaining FTE records.
Day to Day planning of shifting material from shop to warehouse
Maintaining record of contractors bill and present report
Maintaining Equipments handling
Despatch register as per ISO
Record of rejection and ok trucks as per ISO STD
Housekeeping of warehouse
Dispatching goods as per FIFO method.
