Key Responsibilities:
Communication and Customer Service:Answering phones, responding to guest inquiries, and providing information
Problem Resolution:Addressing guest complaints and issues in a timely and qualified manner.
Administrative Tasks:Maintaining records, filing documents, and performing other clerical duties as needed.
Maintaining a Clean and Organized Reception Area:Ensuring the reception area is presentable and welcoming for guests.
Teamwork:Collaborating with other staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
