Experience

Qualification
Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Mandatory: Valid Tamil Nadu Electrical Supervisor "C" Licence
Experience in Industrial/Commercial Facility Maintenance preferred
Proficiency (Both written and verbal communication) in English Language is mandatory.:
Ability to communicate in Hindi will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate, monitor, and report all operation and maintenance activities carried out at the site.
Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted operation of all systems.
Maintain and update all maintenance records, MIS reports, logbooks, statutory registers, and other documentation as required by the client.
Liaise with the client, statutory authorities, OEMs, suppliers,



and utility agencies (e.g., TANGEDCO) for maintenance-related activities.
Lead, guide, supervise, and monitor the performance of Electricians and Helpers deployed at the site.
Address employee grievances, prepare duty rosters, and manage leave schedules without affecting the continuity of maintenance activities.
Coordinate with the client for work execution, complaint resolution, inspections, and submission of maintenance reports.
Be responsible for all billing-related activities, including verification of maintenance records, submission of supporting documents, and coordination with the client for invoice processing.
Ensure the secure custody, proper utilization, and inventory management of all tools, tackles, testing instruments, and maintenance materials.
Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety procedures, statutory regulations, and permit-to-work systems.
