Job Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads provided through CRM.
Explain Marketvisa's Personal Finance Courses and Financial Education Programs.
Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate program.
Convert leads into enrolled customers.
Maintain lead records and follow-up activities in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the team for smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Business Development is mandatory.:
Solid communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Experience in lead follow-up and customer conversion.
Comfortable handling calls and WhatsApp communication.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Added Advantage
Knowledge of Stock Market, Mutual Funds, SIPs, Personal Finance, or Investing.
