Business Development Manager -Upwork, LinkedIn & Lead Generation

Outsourcing Technologies is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on relevant projects across Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
Create compelling, customized proposals that clearly demonstrate our expertise and value proposition.
Manage the complete bidding lifecycle—from identifying prospects to proposal submission, follow-ups, negotiation, and project closure.
Communicate effectively with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Negotiate project scope, pricing, timelines, and contract terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Coordinate with internal teams, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Design, and Development, to prepare accurate estimates and project proposals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated with industry trends,



emerging technologies, and marketplace best practices to improve conversion rates and business growth.
Ensure all bids and proposals are submitted on time, are well-structured, and align with client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in business development and project acquisition in the Digital Marketing and Website Development industry.
Demonstrated success in winning projects related to:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Social Media Marketing (SMM)
Google Ads / PPC
Website Design & Development (WordPress, Shopify, PHP, Magento, Webflow, etc.)
Robust understanding of digital marketing services and web technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding proposal writing and client presentation skills.
Robust negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
