Role: Interior Site Supervisor

Job description:
We are looking for dedicated and detail oriented Site supervisor to oversee the construction of interior work of office project.

Responsibilities:
Overseeing the progress of all construction activities
Ensuring the contractors and vendors follow all the guidelines/protocols set by building management
Ensuring all in office workers adhere to the health and safety regulations
Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline
Checking inventory and placing orders for building materials as when required
Ensuring all equipment are in working order and good condition
Interpreting building plans and construction blueprints
Reviewing daily construction work and suggesting any improvement measures
Communicating the progress report to the Design Lead
Attending any in office meetings or events

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or related field
Proven work experience as a Supervisor




Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
Knowledge of health and safety standards
Robust leadership qualities
Good analytical and communication skills
Ability to work for long hours
Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints
Critical thinker and possessing troubleshooting ability
Ability to offer a high level of customer service
Detail-oriented and a team player

Location:Vikhroli West, Mumbai

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
