Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare and follow up on quotations
Coordinate orders, dispatch & documentation
Handle customer communication & follow-ups
Track orders, payments & deliveries
Coordinate with internal departments
Maintain sales reports and MIS
Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate
Minimum 3+ years relevant experience
Robust communication & coordination skills
