Floweraura is an online gifting Mammoth operational within the country at 40k+ pin codes and internationally present in the US, UK, Middle east Canada etc.

Bakingo is a leading player in India’s online bakery ecosystem, operating 110+ cloud kitchens nationwide and three state of the art bulk production facilities at Bengaluru, Mumbai and Gurgaon. Bakin go specializes in delivering high-quality, creative baked products.

A Barista provides excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing and serving food/drinks (like coffee), handling transactions, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment, requiring skills in customer service, multitasking, and teamwork, while adhering to food safety standards and working efficiently in a rapid-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with menu choices, take orders accurately,



and resolve complaints.
Food & Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve coffee, teas, specialty drinks, and food items according to recipes.
Order & Payment Processing: Operate POS systems, handle cash/card payments, and provide receipts.
Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep workstations, dining areas, equipment (espresso machines), and restrooms clean and sanitized.
Inventory & Restocking: Monitor supplies, restock ingredients and condiments, and assist with stock rotation.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Health & Safety: Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
