About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize prompts for AI models such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs.
Conduct prompt testing, evaluation, and performance analysis to improve AI-generated outputs.
Collaborate with business teams to understand use cases and translate requirements into effective AI workflows.
Create prompt libraries, templates, and AI usage guidelines.
Fine-tune AI interactions to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with business objectives.
Research emerging AI technologies, prompt engineering techniques, and industry best practices.
Develop AI-assisted solutions for content creation, customer support, recruitment, marketing, and business automation.
Analyze AI outputs and continuously improve prompt performance using structured testing methodologies.
Document prompt frameworks, workflows, and optimization strategies.




Work closely with technical teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
2+ years of experience in Prompt Engineering, AI Content Optimization, AI Research, or related roles.
Solid understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Machine Learning concepts.
Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI platforms.
Excellent written communication and content structuring skills.
Ability to create detailed prompts for business, marketing, HR, customer support, and automation use cases.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization.
Understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI usage, and data privacy principles.

Experience with Python, APIs, or AI
