Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients and understand their beauty and wellness goals.
Recommend suitable salon services, treatments, memberships, and packages.
Educate clients about skincare, haircare, and wellness solutions.
Build robust client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Manage appointments and coordinate with stylists and therapists.
Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and WhatsApp queries.
Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat visits.
Promote ongoing offers, memberships, and premium services.
Achieve monthly consultation and sales targets.
Ensure a qualified and positive client experience at all times.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
