About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Field Promoters in Bangalore. This is an on-ground role where you will interact with consumers, create product awareness, and support promotional campaigns at assigned locations.

Responsibilities
Interact with consumers and introduce products and offers.
Explain product features and benefits in a straightforward and engaging manner.
Encourage customer participation in promotional activities.
Collect customer feedback and responses.
Support campaign execution and brand awareness initiatives.
Share daily activity updates with the reporting supervisor.

Requirements:
Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, or English.
Comfortable speaking with current people throughout the day.
Positive attitude and willingness to work on the field.




Smartphone required for communication and reporting.
Prior experience in promotions, field marketing, events, customer engagement, retail, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
