Oversee the pediatric ward (NICU/PICU/Ward), ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., NABH standards) and maintaining a protected, child-friendly workplace.
Prepare staff duty rosters, manage allocation, guide junior staff, and handle training or orientation.
Supervise nursing care, monitor patient status, ensure accurate documentation, and ensure protocols are followed.
Assist doctors during procedures, manage emergencies, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
Counsel families on treatment plans, address concerns with empathy, and provide education on home care.
Ensure availability of medical supplies, equipment, and medications.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
