Responsibilities:
Conduct Keyword Research: Identify and analyze high-performing keywords to guide content creation and optimize website performance.
On-page Optimization: Implement on-page SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and user experience.
Off-page Optimization: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve site authority.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content and ensure alignment with SEO best practices.
Technical SEO: Conduct technical SEO audits and implement solutions to improve site health and crawlability.
Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on SEO performance, highlighting successes, trends, and areas for improvement.
Mentorship & Team Collaboration: Guide junior SEO executives, share best practices,



and contribute to the development and performance of the SEO team.

Requirements:
Experience: 4+ years of skilled experience in SEO with a proven track record of successful SEO campaigns.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other industry-standard SEO tools.
Analytical Skills: Robust analytical abilities to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in implementing and monitoring SEO strategies.
Time Management: Solid organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
