Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily canteen operations and ensure smooth service.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and FSSAI compliance.
Supervise canteen staff, schedules, and attendance.
Monitor inventory, procurement, and stock levels.
Control food costs and minimize wastage.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues.
Coordinate maintenance of kitchen equipment and facilities.
Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
Requirements:
Experience in canteen, cafeteria, or restaurant operations.
Valuable leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Basic computer and reporting skills.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
