Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
Write customized, high-quality proposals
Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
Follow up with prospects and close deals
Build long-term client relationships
Maintain a pipeline of potential leads
Coordinate with the technical team for project execution

Required Skills:
Experience in Upwork bidding and lead generation
Robust communication and writing skills
Understanding of IT services (Web Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, etc.)
Ability to handle multiple proposals daily
Basic knowledge of sales and negotiation

Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of converting leads on Upwork
Familiarity with CRM tools
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
