Job Description - Instrumentation Technician

Qualification: Diploma in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics
Experience: 5 - 8 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Instrumentation Technician to handle installation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems and equipment in the plant.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation systems and control panels
Perform calibration of sensors, transmitters, gauges, and measuring instruments
Monitor PLC, SCADA, and automation-related systems
Attend breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime
Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities
Maintain records of maintenance and calibration activities




Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations
Ensure safety standards and SOP compliance in all instrumentation activities

Required Skills:
Knowledge of industrial instrumentation and automation systems
Understanding of PLC, SCADA, VFD, and control circuits
Ability to read electrical and instrumentation drawings
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Valuable communication and teamwork abilities
Experience in Rice Mill, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Process Industry preferred
Ability to work in shifts if required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
