Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Contact potential customers through phone calls.
Introduce and explain the company's software and IT services.
Generate and qualify business leads.
Follow up with customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely support.
Maintain accurate customer records and daily call reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.

Requirements:




Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (mandatory).
Robust interpersonal and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Positive listening and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Freshers are welcome.
Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, BPO, or Business Development is an added advantage.
