Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and convert inquiries into successful sales. Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers to drive revenue growth.
Identify and convert high-value sales opportunities. Retain existing customers and encourage repeat business.
Manage customer accounts, sales pipelines, and follow-ups effectively. Maintain accurate customer records, call reports, quotations, and correspondence in the CRM system.
Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or online sales is an advantage. Freshers may also apply. Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online business processes will be an added advantage.
