Field Staff are responsible for working outside the office to support operations such as data collection, marketing, admissions promotion, surveys, and coordination with clients or communities. They represent the organization in the field and ensure smooth communication between the office and the public.

Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned locations and areas regularly
Promote services / courses (e.g., admissions, training programs)
Conduct surveys and collect accurate data
Interact with students, parents, and local communities
Distribute pamphlets, brochures, and marketing materials
Maintain daily reports of field activities
Coordinate with office team and report progress
Achieve assigned targets and goals

Requirements & Skills
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)




Good communication skills (Hindi / local language)
Basic knowledge of mobile apps / WhatsApp reporting
Ability to travel locally
Honest, hardworking, and responsible
Prior experience in marketing or field work (preferred)
