About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Conduct telephonic interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
Build and maintain relationships with colleges, placement cells, and external recruitment partners.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring metrics.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA (HR) preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is mandatory.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust sourcing and screening abilities.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced workplace.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
