Key Responsibilities
Follow up with customers for pending and overdue payments.
Maintain and update the outstanding payment/receivables tracker.
Coordinate with the Accounts and Business Development teams regarding customer balances.
Share invoices, statements, payment details, and supporting documents with customers.
Track payment commitments and promised payment dates.
Escalate long-pending or disputed payments to the reporting manager.
Visit customer offices/sites for payment collection when required.
Update daily collection status and submit daily/weekly collection reports.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
