Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, investors, and prospective customers.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, client references, and market connections.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects and investment options.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits, and effectively communicate project features and benefits.
Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and the complete customer journey from lead generation to booking and closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients.
Develop long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences to identify new prospects.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality, conversions, and project performance.




Maintain accurate customer and sales records and provide regular sales reports to management.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Relationship Management, Business Development, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of the Chennai real estate market and customer segments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Robust networking and client acquisition abilities.
Ability to handle high-value clients and complex negotiations.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Strong business acumen with a customer-focused approach.

Compensation

Attractive Remuneration + Performance-Based Incentives

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
