Hiring: Team Leader - Recruitment (In office | Koregaon Park, Pune)

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader - Recruitment to lead and manage our recruitment team while driving end-to-end delivery for client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters.
Drive end-to-end recruitment delivery and ensure timely closures.
Act as an Individual Contributor for critical and priority positions.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality of submissions.
Ensure client requirements are fulfilled within defined timelines.
Build and implement recruitment processes and best practices.

Requirements:
5+ years of recruitment consultancy/staffing experience.
Prior experience handling a recruitment team.
Solid hands-on experience with Naukri,



LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent leadership, delivery, and stakeholder management skills.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on closures and team performance.

Location: In office - Koregaon Park, Pune
