Role Purpose:
Overseeing the end-to-end Record to Report process within the finance function. This includes managing financial data recording, consolidation, reporting, and compliance.
The role ensures timely and accurate financial reporting, supports strategic decision-making, and drives continuous improvement in RTR processes.
Key Accountabilities:
Manage RTR teams and collaborate with internal departments and external auditors.
Lead journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with controls and regulations.
Optimize ERP systems and leverage automation tools like RPA.AI and bring up BVA projects through lean and six sigma
Monitor KPIs/SLAs and drive process standardization and automation.
Implement efficiency improvements and stay current with industry best practices.
Preparation and adherence to the SOP. Periodic update of the same
Monthly/Quarterly governance deck and preparation of other reporting’s
Technical Capabilities / Skills & Technical Descriptors:
Systems:
Develop a moderate level of proficiency in the following systems:
MS Office suite.
Knowledge of Excel macro and MS access database creation
Knowledge of Oracle (Finance modules)
VNA & Language:
Have fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Can interact with customers in a skilled, courteous manner
Soft skills:
