Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong network of channel partners and a proven track record in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate business through an established channel partner network and direct sales.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key clients.
Identify current business opportunities and expand the partner network.
Conduct property presentations, negotiate deals, and close sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular sales reports.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in real estate business development.
Solid brand presence and an active network of channel partners in the real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Target-driven with the ability to generate consistent business through channel sales.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
