About the Role

Skillfloor Academy is looking for passionate and knowledgeable specialists to join as Subject Matter Expert (SME) Trainees in the domains of Data Science, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Training & Onboarding
Training Duration: 1 Month (mandatory)
Training Location: Bengaluru - Kudlu Gate Office
Stipend During Training: ₹25,000 per month
Assessment: Conducted during the training period
Employment Contract: 1-year service agreement from the date of joining as a full-time employee

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions.
Develop and update training content, assignments, and assessments.
Mentor learners and support their academic and career development.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training programs.




Collaborate with the academic team to enhance training quality and learner outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 3 years of overall professional experience.
Preferably 1 year of experience in training, teaching, mentoring, or knowledge-sharing roles.
Robust knowledge of programming concepts is mandatory.
Valuable communication and presentation skills.
