HR Manager - Manufacturing Plant

Responsibilities:
Handle Industrial Relations (IR) and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and Factory Act.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, and manpower planning.
Handle contractor workforce management and employee grievances.
Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
Coordinate with production and other plant departments.
Maintain HR records, reports, and statutory compliance.

Requirements:
MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR or Industrial Relations.
Minimum 5 years of Plant HR experience in a manufacturing company.
Positive knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Experience in contractor management and payroll coordination.
Solid communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
